About

A message from the owner -

"Hello! My name is James Garrison. Looking back, I've always had a passion for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC). Growing up in Oklahoma, my father was a licensed HVAC Technician and taught me a lot about the trade. Ever since I was eleven years old, I worked by my father's side learning different HVAC techniques through high school.

Out of high school, I enlisted in the United States Army to serve our country. I served for four years with two overseas tours. After receiving an honorable discharge, I enrolled at Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) to learn even more about the HVAC industry. At MVCC, I earned an associate's degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration with an EPA Section 608 certification.

After college, I worked for two local HVAC companies before I decided to pursue my dream of owning my own business. With the support of my family, wife and two sons, I started Garrison Heating & Air, LLC. As my boys grow up, I look forward to them working by my side just like I did with my father learning the HVAC trade.

We service any and all brands as long as we can get parts for them. Contact us now to schedule an appointment to get your heating or cooling system back up and running! All appointments are subject to a $85 in-home service fee which includes up to 30 minutes of diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Maintenance

To keep your heating and cooling systems running at peak performance, Garrison Heating and Air offers the following maintenance services:

Gas boiler/furnace cleaning - $150
Oil boiler/furnace cleaning - $200
On-demand boiler cleaning - $200
Air conditioner cleaning - $150 ($75 if bundled with a boiler/furnace cleaning)
Mini-split / heat pumps cleaning - $200 (up to 2 heads - +$50 for each additional head)
Gas & electric water heater cleaning - $150
Oil water heater cleaning - $200

After our maintenance is complete, customers are eligible for 10% off parts and labor on that equipment for up to one year should it need to be serviced or replaced.
